I am a New York–based cultural strategist and creative leader working across contemporary art, emerging technologies, and the sciences. My work is driven by a core question: how can experimental ideas at the edges of art, science, and technology be translated into forms that move public audiences?

As Studio Director and former Director of Research at Anicka Yi Studio, I lead research, strategy, and development across a body of work spanning kelp-based sculptures and autonomous floating machines to paintings and video produced through machine learning. The studio's projects have been presented internationally at Tate Modern, the Venice Biennale, TED, MIT List Visual Arts Center, and UCCA Beijing. Within this context, I co-developed Metaspore, the studio's nomadic interdisciplinary research initiative, organizing salons, symposia and publications, as well as a course and corresponding exhibition at Stanford University. Across all projects, I steward seven-figure, multi-stakeholder budgets, build artist-centered operational systems, and develop ethical cross-sector partnerships.

Through my own curatorial and intellectual practice, I convene artists, scientists, and technologists around urgent questions of nonhuman intelligence, sensory ecology, and biological and technological convergence. I have developed symposia and exhibitions with partners including Pirelli HangarBicocca, Stanford University, and NEW INC, , designed original graduate curricula exploring computational simulation of living systems, biologically inspired machines, and active materials, and written critically on topics ranging from machine aesthetics to the politics of decay.

I hold an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, where I have designed and taught graduate and core curriculum courses. A participant in NEW INC’s Year 7 Creative Science Track, I remain an active member of that community.

My leadership pairs rigorous operational discipline with a conviction that visionary creative work demands equally visionary systems to sustain it.
